Sarah Heimeier is an award-winning Service Design Leader with over a decade of experience driving transformation across SaaS, finance, and FinTech. She has led significant projects for some of Australia’s largest organisations and has been recognised with three Good Design Awards.

As a passionate educator and coach, Sarah shares her expertise through talks, workshops, and mentoring, helping designers strengthen their leadership and communication skills. Beyond her professional achievements, she’s a lifelong learner who has taken on everything from improvisation and stand-up comedy to watercolour painting 🎨
