🎨 From the designer's perspective, we have Joshua Orr, Head of Design at SafetyCulture and a recent speaker at Figma CONFIG 2024 APAC. His presentation, "Know Deeper, Dream Bigger," will take us through his personal journey in design, from the smallest startups to leading tech giants.

📈 Representing product managers, we have Taufiq Khan, Chief Product Officer at Ordermentum. In his talk, "Building More Commercial Product Teams," he will revisit the fundamentals and demonstrate how to equip product teams with the skills necessary to drive real commercial impact and maintain relevance.

Joshua Orr, the Head of Design at SafetyCulture, is driven by craft execution and dreaming up the future. With a career designing user-centred experiences for businesses, he’s moved the pixels and teams behind startups, agencies, and tech giants. But beyond high-performing teams, his passion for making lives better through technology drives his work at SafetyCulture; a platform on a mission to change the lives of 2 billion frontline workers worldwide.

Over a lifelong journey with design, from the smallest startups to tech giants, Josh has learned the two most important lessons that have changed how his teams design. 

Taufiq Khan (or TK) has been leading product teams for 15 years, launching and scaling products like the Commbank app, the Sydney Morning Herald, noon.com, and many more. He’s currently CPO at one of Australia’s largest B2B marketplaces, Ordermentum.
