Mentorship is paramount when establishing connections, advancing careers, and developing talent. The diverse professions in the tech industry are fast-paced, and burnout is real. Throughout our careers, it’s highly unlikely that the choices we make end up being the right ones. All we can do is try. But why try on our own? As mentors, gifting our time empowers the next generation to be better. The reward comes from being the ones who create a spark in the brains that possibly change the world. BeMore meetups follow our just-ended BeMore festival which sought to bring tech education and mentorship opportunities to everyone. Our goal for the meetup is to have extraordinary people and communities together to learn and build relationships that foster growth. “While it is always best to believe in oneself, a little help from others can be a great blessing”, Uncle Iroh: The last air bender
