Indya McGuffin (she/her) is a designer (and professional silver-lining-finder) inspired to help people better understand themselves and others. Originally from Chicago, Indya has dedicated her career to helping Black creatives, entrepreneurs, and those envisioning more equitable futures own and share their stories.

Mateus "Matt" Da Silva (he/him) is a designer and musician who is passionate about systems thinking and empowering others through design. Originally from Brazil, his journey as an immigrant has made him attuned to the nuances of designing for different cultures. He is deeply committed to understanding the ethical considerations involved in the act of creating, and seeks to become an advocate for ethical digital transformation.
