Juno is the founder of DOJO+, a platform empowering martial arts academies through modern design, automation, and digital marketing. He’s a mentor at Techstars and eMerge Americas, and leads the Friends of Figma (FoF) Atlanta chapter. With deep expertise in Design Systems and No-Code tools, Juno is passionate about helping designers think beyond the screen.
His career spans industries—from advertising and fintech to e-commerce and entertainment—across both Brazil and the U.S. As a former bootcamp instructor, Juno helped launch over 500 new designers into the tech industry. Most recently, he built the design system for Cryptoys, a next-gen gaming platform, and led the creation of a patented guardian control system approved by ESRB.
What started as a side hustle—DOJO+—has now become his full-time mission. Along the way, Juno keeps learning, teaching, and experimenting to stay ahead in the age of AI.
We host diverse startup incubators and accelerators spanning various industries such as Hard Tech, Health Tech, Ed Tech, Environmental Tech, and Fin Tech. But our vision goes beyond technology and innovation. We strive to foster an inclusive atmosphere where every dream is supported, ideas are valued, and endeavors are celebrated.
