About our speaker

Melany Valderrama's experience originates from a non-linear path into UX, driven by her interest in the intersection of technology, design, and humanity. She has designed for various industries such as travel & tourism, fintech, entertainment, and enterprise, adeptly fulfilling roles in UX research, UX/UI design, product management, interaction design, and design operations. She currently works as a Product Design Lead at 15Five, a performance management SaaS company within the HR tech space. Outside of work she enjoys building community for current and future generations interested in exploring new skills in the tech industry.
