During this talk, we’ll see multiple examples of using tools like Figma, GSuite, Slack, and more that can help you extend the capabilities of your toolset to match your work needs, beyond their original scope.

Gone are the days when the design was considered a “nice to have” in most organisations. Nowadays design is an integral part of all successful companies. Starting from zero we managed till today to structure a team that is the heart and soul of most of the customer needs and design outcomes.
Started in the early days with a centralised team, to move forward in a cross-functional organizational structure till today, where we managed to mix both structures and place the design team into the centre of the product and create a seat at the table, full of challenges that will help us craft the future of an experience driven design team within Kaizen.
