The "Figma in 5" YouTube playlist is very helpful. Each video is around 5 minutes and is jam packed with useful information and clear explanations.

I've been wireframing in Figma since 2018 and agree that the structure, customization, and functionality of Figma design change often and can be difficult to learn.

The new gold standard for wireframing has become to use UI Kits or Design Systems that someone else designed and published to the Figma community. That allows you to spend less time in the minutia of layers and specifications, and more time focusing on broader parts of the product experience like the flow and content.

Figma's Design System is great place to start if you're looking to expedite your wireframing process.
