About this event

Learn the basics of designing and prototyping in one of the design community's increasingly popular tools, Figma! Emily Chervony, UX/UI Designer from Active Frequency, will guide you you through a set of hands-on activities to learn designing and collaborating in Figma, while preparing you for future adventures on your own.

No prior experience needed to join - all are welcome, and you don't have to be affiliated with the University of Arizona.

Facilitator bio: Emily Chervony (https://www.linkedin.com/in/emily-chervony/) works at Active Frequency, a software development group specializing in Django. She holds a UX/UI certificate from Thinkful and a Masters in Arts Management. Prior to UX/UI design, Emily worked in both the education and arts management sectors.
