Hello, hi, hey, how have you been? We checked out some of your previous suggestions on the topics you're interested in and ta-da: Let's talk about Content Design! The field is both new and not so new to our community. We hope this session will give you a glimpse into the work that goes into it, and maybe even light a little spark in some of y'all and spread our love for Content Design. 

In her talk, Laura Kuisma, UX Content Lead at UOB TMRW, will walk you through her team's process and how you can better integrate this important role and competency into your own organisation. In Laura's words: 

"At least three-quarters of my job as a content designer is listening and collaborating, not just with other design disciplines, but with the organisation at large. In this talk, I'll take you through what I've learned about good content design, methods for great collaboration (with designers, compliance and business folks, developers, and more!), and how you can truly embed content design into your workflows."

Laura is a content designer with over ten years of experience in designing and writing for digital services. She's currently the UX Content Lead at TMRW by UOB, where she's working on making financial products easier to understand and more fun to use. Laura loves plain language, making complicated stuff easy to understand, and truly awful puns.
