Are you a new designer ready to embark on a journey of growth and collaboration? Or are you looking to create a better onboarding process for new hires to succeed at work, and foster a more positive team culture?   

Recall the times when you were:

• Embarking on a new job, feeling excited yet uncertain.
• Struggling to establish yourself as a newbie, unsure about the expectations of others.
• Not confident about whether your onboarding process is going to be helpful for a new designer in the team.

Getting your new designers onboarded well is key to building relationships at work, helping them navigate the challenges of working in a new organisation, and being effective at work. 

Join us IRL for a workshop session on getting the onboarding process right. Exchange ideas with other designers on the things that frustrate or inspire you when onboarding to a new organisation! – get ready to share your experiences, good or bad. We'll come together to figure out how we can support our peers through these processes. 🤝
