Our Commitment
Inclusion is a key priority at Figma and we are committed to creating a conference that represents people of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, socio-economic statuses, religious affiliation, and abilities. We ask that all Config 2021 attendees follow our code of conduct. As part of the registration process, we’ll ask you a few demographic questions; please share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Your answers will be kept confidential and will only be used on an aggregated basis internally at Figma; we will never share this information externally.
We believe that everyone should have the equal opportunity to fully participate and will do our best to make our event accessible to all attendees. We will provide closed captioning wherever possible and will work with speakers to ensure presentations are accessible to attendees from the blind community and those that require low vision accommodations.
