  Adesh is a seasoned UX leader with 12+ years of experience shaping digital products across fintech, healthcare, eCommerce, and many more. Currently driving Design at Loco, he has led teams, run his consultancy, and mentored 1500+ across the design ecosystem. He has previously worked in prestigious companies like Tata Digital and Lollpyop. With a sharp eye for strategy and performance, he blends business and design to craft impactful user experiences.   Sameer is a UX Designer at Autodesk, where he works on building design system that brings consistency across our product ecosystem; collaborating with visual designers and developers to craft reusable UX patterns and help shape a unified design language that streamlines experiences across teams. Outside of work, he runs @nalayakartist on Instagram, where he shares no-code web design tips with a 40K+ strong community. He is also a huge Bollywood fan, and loves to experiment with food and can travel miles to visit eating spots.
  
  Sayali is a UX Researcher at BoyleSports in Ireland, with a passion for "designing for humans." She brings a rich blend of industry and academic experience to the table, having worked with leading companies like Philips, Bosch, and BoyleSports. Sayali is also a seasoned UX design educator, having trained over 500+ designers through HFI, MIT Pune, and SGUS in Singapore.
