Let's hear some great topics by some of the Ladies that UX the heck out of this world, but first some context. In July, we opened the Call for Speakers for Layers Portugal, and despite dozens of amazing applications, not all made it to the stage. Those voices are why we created the Layers Meetups. From September to January, we will have several Meetups where all the incredible talks that didn’t make it to Layers will have their own space.

November 26 we open stage to some of the amazing female voices that lead the UX industry and ask the right questions. 

Join us and the amazing Ladies that UX Lisbon in welcoming to our stage Mafalda Barata and Carla Musa. These 2 amazing designers are gathering on stage to talk about 2 very different topics. On one end Mafalda will takes us through a technical journey of the challenges and great benefits of Adaptive Design and how to implement it and scale it with Figma. On the other side Carla will bring to the table a discussion on the role of female designer and how to navigate gender gap issues in design & tech industries

The talks will be followed by a quick chat and Q&A with the audience about the roles of female designers in the industry moderated by Monique Mika.
