This event is all about building the perfect UI/UX portfolio. Our experts will tell you what to include in your portfolio, what they expect from applications, and give tips on presenting yourself in hiring processes.

🔸 Philipp Klaus (Co-Founder @MVST.)

Philipp is Co-Founder and Design Lead at MVST, a design and development studio for digital products based in Munich and Barcelona. He has many years of experience in product design and is passionate about creating incredible solutions for MVST's clients.

Steven is a design leader with a consumer finance background. Having led design strategy, design language and design systems in London, Steven is now venturing into the German Startup world, unlocking Personio's design and research potential through human centred design frameworks and customer empathy.

🔸 Henry Schmidt (Digital Consultant & UI/UX Recruiter @Konzepthaus Digital)

Henry is a digital design consultant & recruiter at Konzepthaus in Munich. His focus is to identify the UX/UI design needs for his clients and fill them with the best fitting digital designers (permanent or freelance). One part of his daily business is it to analyze design-portfolios and also to give suggestions for improvements.

🔸 Gabriela Ospina (Senior UX Designer @Wolt)

Gabriela is a product designer and strategist with over 10 years of experience in the world of design. She has helped companies design, launch, and scale their digital products in distinctive organizational environments: start-up, scale-up, corporate, and agency; working across a variety of projects in New York City, and most recently in Germany working for Wolt. At Wolt, Gabriela is part of a growing design team creating a world-class user experience and crafting products users love to adopt into their daily lives.

Experienced product design leader worked across India, London, Canada, and Singapore so far over the past 9+ yrs across multiple ecosystems. I thrive in designing 0->1 products & creating scalable, strategic teams.

🔸 Marcus Hauer (Director of Product Design @Babbel)

Marcus is a seasoned designer with 25 years of experience building best-in-class products and services for global markets like the US, Asia and Europe. He has been collaborating with small and big companies enabling them to become more innovative, customer centric and to shape processes for better and bigger outcomes. He spent a big part of his professional life at the most influential design firm IDEO in California and Europe. He led programs for large tech companies like Amazon, Microsoft and Cisco, as well as honing his expertise collaborating with startups during early stages of the product development. Marcus is listed on two patents, ironically one owned by Apple and one owned by Microsoft.
