Friends of Figma, KL December Christmas Meetup

Dec 19, 2020, 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM

FoF KL is back with another meetup during the holidays season. Besides being a Christmas meetup, we are inviting 2 designers in Malaysia to talk about how their lives has changed in the Covid-19 era. We have also created some activities for you guys in our virtual Christmas Town where you can experience the festive season in Figma itself!

About this event

Before 2020, we were hopeful of the future, however, we have been shocked by COVID-19 and many of us have to work remotely to curb the spread of the virus. During this dreadful time, many have gone through a lot of pain and at the same time, many of us adapt and change. Join us in this Christmas special live event to hear how design leaders from companies of all sizes react to this change and design during this uncertain time and the vision moving forward as designers.

You can become anyone you aspire to be. In a brief 30-min sharing, Rachel will be sharing her learnings on becoming a self-taught product designer and building side projects that accidentally turned into a community, and how you could also create impact with your skillset.
