FOF Kochi is hosting Hiran Venugopalan and Abid Aboobaker, two familiar faces in Kerala tech communities. They will be discussing how to build a design career and will take us through their design journey, with anecdotes, tips and insights. They will also be answering questions from the audience.

Hiran Venugopalan is the head of design at Kaleyra, a CPaaS firm based in Bangalore. He is also a type designer and has contributed a Unicode Malayalam typeface called Dyuthi with Swathanthra Malayalam Computing. He is one of the curators of KDCo, one of the largest design communities in Kerala.

Abid Aboobaker started his career as a designer and is currently the Director, Product at ZestMoney, a consumer lending platform based in Bangalore. He co-founded TinkerHub Foundation, a non-profit community, based in Kochi, which is working towards democratising technology learning.
