1. Sam Vivonia is the Lead product designer at HOTB Software, a small design agency / dev shop / VC firm based in Irvine, California. They have designed, built, and launched several tools in the FinTech, HealthTech, and government space which millions of users nationwide rely on. Sam is passionate about design systems, lean design methodologies, and helping bootcamp grads break into tech. Outside of work, you’ll find her at local theater doing improv and stand-up comedy.
2. Alex Rodriguez is a multi-disciplinary designer specialized in product design, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Surfline. In this role, Alex focuses on vertically integrated zero-to-one initiatives, growth, subscriptions, and more, all while ensuring users have an enjoyable experience with the ocean. With a fascination for the intersection of design, art, business, and technology, Alex, originally from Acapulco, Mexico, currently resides in California, embracing life to the fullest.
3. Sean Maguire is a results-driven product designer with over 3 years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in user-centered B2B digital products. He excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences and has a proven track record of leading design efforts and implementing design systems. Beyond his professional work, Sean focuses on his passion for video games and game development during his leisure hours.
4. Zara Safdar, a Senior UX/UI Designer from Irvine, California, brings a unique blend of mathematical precision and creative flair to her projects, spanning mobile apps to inflight entertainment systems. With a knack for problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail, Zara excels in refining requirements, crafting wireframes, and delivering polished designs ready for launch.
