User Experience Design draws from of cognitive science, art and technology. It emphasizes on the need for holistic observations in order to improve the human experience and hence welcomes diversity as well as promotes it. 

Over the past decade, a lot of professionals have found a way to combine their skills, experiences and interests by working on improving user experience and one such professional is Ms. Shraddha Poddar. By virtue of being a self-starter who is disciplined, dedicated and persistent, she successfully managed to change careers and is now thriving in the field of UX and deriving immense job satisfaction. She's currently working at TCS Interactive which is is a leader in the digital customer experience space in India.
