Talk #1: Liron Cohen // How Figma can improve your client - designer work process

I'll be talking about Figma's advantages for freelance designers.
I'll be focusing on the process through which I lead my clients, how does Figma help me to work remotely, and how to create an organized end-to-end process that starts and ends in Figma, including some tips.

About Liron:
A freelancer product designer, that has worked closely with founders and PM of numerous startups (B2B & B2C) designing and creating their products.

Talk #2: Yehudit asher // How Figma places the designer at the core of the development process.

Designers and developers come from different worlds and are required to collaborate and communicate. In reality, this is very difficult, sometimes it feels like a pulling rope game, where the stronger is the "winner".

Figma is reinventing the playground allowing all participants to collaborate and speak in one effective clear language.

I would like to talk about the differences before integrating Figma's platform in our development process and after.
Detailing how I managed to migrate the entire team, including designers, developers, product managers, etc. into one common effective language which led to a complete high-level product, and a great user experience.

About Yehudit:
Yehudit is the Head of UI/UX At Bagira system. Bagira is a leading high-tech security company in the field of military simulation. We work on a variety of advanced technologies that train fighters, commanders and key personnel in the various security branches.

Talk #3: Ola Serebryany // What do you expect from your software of choice?

A design software is a designer’s best friend. What do you expect from your software of choice?. I expect mine to be easy to use. I want it to be an enhancement, rather than a limitation, on my design aspirations - it should be flexible and adaptable. And I want it to allow me to do all that together with my colleagues and clients, in a seamless collaborative process.
In this talk, I will share with you practical and applicable advice on how to achieve all that, and I will do that using my favorite design software, Figma.

About Ola:
Ola Serebryany, Sr. UX Designer at Autodesk.
Part of the BIM360 team, working on creating tailor-made workflows for the construction industry.
