How to audit and find weak spots in the process and communicate the improvements.
About this event
Hey #DesignOps friends, I'm looking for speakers for the upcoming Friends of Figma open panel, where we will discuss ways and practices of visualizing processes from a DesignOps perspective.
We will cover different frameworks, practical examples and will share our learnings. How to create views and timelines that help to visualize the simplified version of a complex process to specific roles. How these diagrams could be used for onboarding and scaling the knowledge.
