Hey #DesignOps friends, I'm looking for speakers for the upcoming Friends of Figma open panel, where we will discuss ways and practices of visualizing processes from a DesignOps perspective.
We will cover different frameworks, practical examples and will share our learnings. How to create views and timelines that help to visualize the simplified version of a complex process to specific roles. How these diagrams could be used for onboarding and scaling the knowledge. How to audit and find weak spots in the process and communicate the improvements.
As always, we will have an open panel discussion in FigJam and will share all the insights within the community.
