About the Event

Note: This session is a learning opportunity, not a critique of ServiceNow’s work. We fully recognize the scale and effort it takes to implement a design system across enterprise platforms and internal tools. To ensure a constructive and unbiased learning space, we’re intentionally not inviting members of the Horizon Design System team. This helps us focus on open reflection, learning, and exploration—not evaluation.
