What is a Make-a-thon?

Think of a hackathon, but with a creative twist! Using Figma's new AI tool, Figma Make, participants will get a surprise challenge and race against the clock to bring imaginative ideas to life—no coding required. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to spark your creativity, collaborate with others, and get hands-on with a cutting-edge design tool.

What to Expect:

• The Challenge: We'll kick things off by giving you a surprise two-word prompt for the competition.

• Making Time: You'll have dedicated time to dream, design, and build something amazing inspired by your challenge.

• Show & Tell: At the end, you'll get to share your creation with the group.

• Prizes & Glory: A panel will vote for the best creations in categories.

• Food & Networking: Lunch and refreshments will be provided. This is a great chance to connect with fellow creatives in Coimbatore!

This event is perfect for designers, students, and creators of all levels who are curious about AI in design and enjoy a friendly challenge.
