Figma Chicago is excited to announce our next event, covering all you "auto" know about the new version of Auto Layout recently released by Figma.
Have you been using Auto Layout for a while? Confused about the new version? Don't know what it is at all?
Presenters from Friends of Figma Chicago and Devbridge will teach you the why, how, and what of Auto Layout, and answer any questions you might have about the new feature.
Prior to the main presentations, we'll kick things off with a few fun breakout activities so you can meet and greet fellow attendees.

The Why	Learn about the differences in design mindsets and coding mindsets, and how you as a designer can think about your work in a way that aligns with the medium it will be created in.
The How	Watch Devbridge designer, Jon Allen, walk through all the new features of Auto Layout 3 in a product demo.
The What	See some creative examples of how you can use Auto Layout in your own designs and design files. From design components to documentation to full-on marketing pages, using Auto Layout across the board can be used in all kinds of contexts.
Question time	Any remaining questions? We'll leave room for people to share their questions or own ways of using Auto Layout.
