Let’s take design conversations off the screen and into nature!

Friends of Figma Vancouver is teaming up with the Vancouver Design Community to host a casual beginner-friendly hike to Quarry Rock in Deep Cove — one of the North Shore’s most iconic (and beginner-friendly) trails with gorgeous views at the top. This is the perfect low-key way to connect with fellow techies off screen. Developers, marketers and PM's are welcome too!

After the hike, we’ll reward ourselves with giant, fluffy donuts from Honey’s — just steps away from the trailhead.

🗓 Date: Saturday June 21st 2025

🕙 Time: Meet at 9:00 AM, hike starts at 9:15 AM

📍 Location: Panorama Park, Deep Cove. We'll meet by the washrooms in the park. The trailhead is a 4 minute walk from there.
                     This area is easily accessible by public transit and there is street parking if you're driving.

🥾 Hike Difficulty: Easy, 3.9km ~45 mins each way at an average walking pace. (We can take breaks and pace it based on the group). 

🍩 Donuts: After the hike at Honey’s Donuts (Optional)

What to Bring:

Comfortable shoes 

Water bottle

Sunscreen, hat, and layers depending on the weather

A good vibe!
