Hey Friends of Figma, sharing this in case it is useful for folks exploring Figma Motion or UI animation.
I recently gave a talk at Figma Config called The Learning Curve: Turning Real-World Motion Into Design. It is about making animation curves feel less abstract by starting from timing, spacing, and real-world motion instead of starting from a blank graph.
Full talk is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lo-HSCqhIF8
I have also been building a side project called Motion Tracker around this same idea, and I am starting a small beta list here: https://www.iamp.at/#motiontracker
Curious what this group thinks, especially anyone who has been nudging Bezier handles around and trying to get something to feel right.
