I'm exploring a product concept called SoulShape, a tool designed to make holistic healthcare practical to deliver.
Rather than focusing on a single treatment path, SoulShape is built around coordinating care across multiple disciplines. It starts with weight-loss management as its proving ground, bringing together medical professionals, nutritionists, behavioural coaches, care coordinators, and patients through a shared coordination layer.
One of the challenges I've been thinking about is:
How do we design healthcare products that enable multidisciplinary collaboration without taking ownership away from the specialists involved?
The concept uses structured "signals" instead of shared records. Professionals remain in control of their own domains, while sharing only the context another professional needs, such as risks, constraints, status updates, or hand-offs. Patients also get access to this same signal layer, giving them a portable, understandable view of their care that can travel with them between facilities.
I'd love to hear how other designers think about problems like this.

What role should a care coordinator play in digital systems?
How can we help patients understand and participate in complex care journeys without overwhelming them?
