AI Summary

Hey friends!

Im looking for your advice or suggestions. Im manager of a design system for a large org. One of the way our clients consume the design system is in figma. The challenge my team is having is that we design in the space our clients consume. When we want to add a new component or update a component we create a branch work on it, share the branch with the devs so that they can work on it and once everything is done we merge the branch and make it available to our clients. The issue is that we have a ton of branches at once which makes it so difficult to manage and ideally, we want to merge when everything is done. Wanted to get any recommendations or suggestions that would allow my team to innovate and design, hand over to the devs without it being shared to our clients too early or before the dev work is completed. Thanks!
