AI is not the future: That future is already here. As AI reforms the modern world. what role should it play in civic service delivery? With AI's full power within relatively few hands, is ethical AI possible now?
This talk shares the State of Maryland's approach to AI across policy, programs, and products. From our first roadmap outlining Maryland's approach to the scalable systems that guide our AI implementation, you will learn how to build AI tools in civic tech contexts that puts service to the people at the heart of our efforts.
