Previously Director of Product at Karbon, he built the data product line and led teams through major growth. He writes The Product Leader Series on product strategy and operations, and regularly speaks on AI governance and practical implementation. He’s especially focused on how teams adapt product development to AI’s probabilistic nature, and how to build evaluation frameworks that actually hold up in production.
