From supporting the livelihoods of thousands of People with Disabilities to training global teams in sign language, Braille and inclusive practices, her work has transformed communities across India. She has engaged 25,000+ volunteers, collaborated with hundreds of non-profits, and spoken at leading institutions like IIT Chennai, TISS, ISDM and IIM Bangalore.

Her impact has been recognised with multiple awards, including honours from Namma Bengaluru Foundation, Hand in Hand, IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, World CSR Congress and the Karnataka Women Achievers Awards.
