A virtual design challenge celebrating International Women’s Day, open to all designers in tech to create impactful solutions that empower women through thoughtful design.

Powered by Floto, and IWD community collaboration with Women Techmakers, this challenge encourages designers to explore real-world problems aligned with one of the themes.

Design systems that help women connect, mentor each other, share skills, and build strong support networks.

2. Financial & Professional Growth

Create tools that help women grow financially, manage money, and access professional opportunities.

3. Safety & Well being

Design solutions that improve everyday safety, emotional wellbeing, and shared care systems.

Winners & Config Ticket Giveaway

Along with three winner prizes, we have a special giveaway for first 25 valid submissions — chance to win a CONFIG Conference ticket — through a lucky draw.

Important Details

• The selected lucky draw entrant will be contacted directly after the submissions end.

• If the selected entrant is unable to attend or does not meet the eligibility requirements, another participant from the draw will be selected.

• Please note that this giveaway includes only the CONFIG conference ticket. Any other expenses are not part of this giveaway. The selected entrant should ensure that they are able to independently manage travel, visa, and associated costs required to attend the event.
