Friends of Figma, Portland turns 1 year old! Come hang!

If you want to meet other local designers, but hate aimless mingling at networking events (same, girl), this event is for you.

Between Icebreaker Bingo and a game of Design Trivia with randomly assigned teams, you’re all but guaranteed to talk to someone new!

Food and drink available for purchase.

What To Expect

6:00 - Doors open, Icebreaker Bingo (Bingo winner gets a free drink or appetizer).

6:30 - Opening remarks, trivia teams** randomly assigned.

6:45 - Trivia!

8:00 - Event end, but you’re free to linger. Steeplejack closes at 10pm.

** The goal is to have 8 teams of 4 people or 7 teams of 5 people. Due to space constraints, we won't be able to have more than that. So arrive on time if you'd like to play!

Priority given to those who show up on time AND have RSVP’d.

Why this matters:

• Space is limited.

  • If you register for a spot and don’t show, you’re taking a spot away from someone else.

• Staffing is hard!

  • Our lovely venue hosts need to staff appropriately for our group, and if I tell them we are expecting 30 people but only 15 show up, they’re likely paying for an additional server they don’t need.
