Meet our speakers:

Marios Natsos

A design geek at heart, Marios studied architecture, worked across graphic, brand, and web design before going deep on digital products. After his time in Workable, he now leads Design at Moveo.AI, where he pushes the quality bar for enterprise conversational products. 

Pavlos Tsaousakis

Pavlos Tsaousakis is a product designer and strategist focused on helping digital products become easier to understand, adopt, and grow. Through his studio, Beegger, he works with startups and product teams on onboarding, activation, UX strategy, and product improvement, bridging the gap between building a product and getting users to actually use it. His work combines product thinking, behavioral psychology, and AI to help teams create clearer, more effective user experiences.

Konstantinos Dimitropoulos

With a background in Design Engineering, Konstantinos is a Product Designer at Skroutz focused on making online shopping simpler and more intuitive. Having worked across fintech, healthcare, travel, and gaming, he has designed award-winning products and was recently recognized across Europe for his craft. Beyond core product design, he actively participates in hackathons, builds scalable design systems, and develops internal tools and agentic workflows.
