• 17:00–17:15 – Opening & welcome  

  • Welcome by Friends of Figma Amsterdam and Booking.com host.

  • Safety and logistics briefing for in-person attendees.

• 17:15–18:00 – Local talks, panels, and demos

  • 2 talks from Booking.com and community speakers, focusing on real-world use of Figma and Config updates.

  • Panel or Q&A facilitated by FoF Amsterdam.

• 18:00–19:20 – Config keynote/watch party segment

  • Streaming of the main Config content and key product announcements.

  • Short framing of the talks and takeaways tailored to the local audience.

• 19:20–19:40 – Lightning shares “What Config changed for you?”

  • Optional short community shares from participants about how they plan to use new Config features and questions.

• 19:40–19:45 – Wrap-up and closing

• 19:45–20:30 – Social drinks and networking

  • Informal networking in the auditorium bar/breakout area with drinks (“Dutch Goodness”) and snacks.
